Add New Wellness Entry

As a member, you can begin entering on a daily basis:

  • Your formula intake
  • Your food intake
  • Record of blood test results
  • Your daily wellness

Enter your information using the Add a new Wellness Entry link. If you need to correct previous days' information (within the last seven days only) please use the My Samples link.

Reports can be viewed or printed documenting the information that you have supplied and you will be able to see wellness patterns over the time period of your choice. Use the Charts and Reports link to make custom report and chart styles showing your wellness results.

The red dotted line (on the graph) shows the recommended amount of supplemental protein that was indicated on the original profile, the solid line, the actual consumption. The blue dotted line shows the recommended dietary profile that was indicated on the profile, the solid line, the actual consumption. Notice how the solid green line (Wellness Factor) fluctuates with consumption of protein. The Wellness Factor should rise to near 100% as dietary protein and supplemental protein are near an optimum.

The variance chart format is the preferred graph for showing deviation from the ideal and is set as the default graph.
