Camino pro® Ordering Guidelines

Retail Customers

Camino pro® products can be ordered directly from Cambrooke Foods®. To place an order please call 866 456 9776 between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM (EST), or fax to 978 443 1318, or email to orders@cambrookefoods.com.

Camino pro® products can also be purchased through your local pharmacy or home health provider. If your pharmacist has questions regarding how to order the products, please have them call 866 456 9776 for assistance.

Green Light™ Direct Billing Service

Cambrooke Foods® can bill your insurance provider directly for Camino pro®. Please complete the Green Light™ Application and mail to Cambrooke Foods, Attn: Green Light, 2 Central Street, Framingham, MA 01701, or the application may be faxed to 508 416 0067.

Pharmacists/Hospitals/Home Health Providers

Camino pro® products can be ordered directly through Cambrooke Foods®. To place an order, please call 866 456 9776 between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM (EST) or fax your order to 978 443 1318.

Shipping

All Camino pro® are shipped via UPS Ground (UPS Next Day service is available at an extra charge) and require a signature on delivery. All orders received by noon will be shipped by the next business day. Any damages or errors with your shipment must be reported to Cambrooke Foods® within 14 days of receipt of your product.

Returns

All returns for damaged or unacceptable products must be pre-approved with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and received within 30 days from the authorization date to receive full credit. For an RMA number, please contact Client Services, 866 456 9776, with the following information:

  • Reason for return
  • Camino pro® item number
  • Lot number
  • Expiration Date

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Product must be returned to Cambrooke Foods® within 3 months of expiration date.
  2. All cases must be unopened and in good condition (unless returned due to damaged product). The case/product must be free of additional writing and/or labeling.
  3. Product must be shipped in an outer box with appropriate packing material and the Return Authorization Number must be clearly visible on the outer packaging.
  4. The customer will pay all shipping charges for returned products. If the return is due to an error on the part of Cambrooke Foods®, we will pay all shipping charges and replace the product immediately.
  5. Cambrooke Foods® will issue credit only after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
