Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups (270g) packed CBF MixQuick
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup non-dairy liquid creamer
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbs vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup (100g) blueberries, fresh or frozen
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl mix all ingredients except blueberries until well blended.
- Fold blueberries into batter.
- Divide batter evenly among 6 greased muffin tins or line with paper baking cups.
- Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving size: 1 muffin (Makes 6 muffins)
